Terms governing the onboarding and use of EcoTag sustainability disclosure services.

This Service Agreement outlines the general terms applicable to organizations, institutions, businesses, or entities using EcoTag services and related sustainability disclosure solutions.
EcoTag provides QR-based digital sustainability disclosure services for products, sites, organizations, and related sustainability communication purposes.
Services may include profile creation, disclosure hosting, QR integration, sustainability information presentation, analytics support, and related digital platform features.
The participating organization remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and authorization of information submitted to EcoTag.
EcoTag acts as a disclosure platform and does not inherently certify, guarantee, or independently validate all submitted information unless explicitly agreed in writing.
EcoTag profiles and QR codes may be used for sustainability communication, awareness, transparency initiatives, reporting support, or related informational purposes.
Organizations agree not to use EcoTag in a misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful manner.
EcoTag retains ownership of its platform, branding, visual systems, software, QR infrastructure, and associated intellectual property.
Organizations retain ownership of their own submitted content, trademarks, and organizational materials.
Commercial terms, pricing, subscriptions, onboarding charges, or custom service arrangements may be separately defined through proposals, quotations, invoices, or written agreements.
EcoTag aims to maintain reasonable platform availability and operational continuity. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed at all times.
EcoTag shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, reputational, operational, or business-related damages arising from the use of the platform or reliance on disclosed information.
EcoTag may suspend, restrict, or terminate services in cases involving misuse, unlawful activity, misleading disclosures, payment issues, security concerns, or violations of applicable terms.
EcoTag may update or revise this Service Agreement periodically. Updated versions become effective upon publication on this page unless otherwise specified.
